The Castle Pines City Council held a regular meeting on February 11. Meeting highlights include:
- Approving a professional services agreement for an affordable housing fast track process and overlay zone project.
- Approving a professional services agreement with Hord Coplan Macht for the design of Phase 1 improvements to Coyote Ridge Park.
- Approving an ordinance to issue new liquor licenses administratively.
- Approving a First Amendment to the Declaration of Easements, Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions between the City of Castle Pines and CP Commercial, LLC.
- Approval of new appointments to the combined Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment.
- Resolution 25-10 was opened and continued to the March 25, 2025 City Council meeting.
