2024 Monarch Boulevard Reconstruction

Project Overview

As a part of the 2024 Road Solutions projects, reconstruction efforts began in March on Monarch Boulevard. The 2024 Monarch Boulevard Reconstruction project has been completed. The newly reconstructed roadway stretches from Castle Pines Parkway to Berganot Trail and is open to the traveling public.

      • 8,900 linear feet of reconstructed roadway
      • 8,900 linear feet of new 16-inch waterline
      • 26 new water valves
      • 6 new ADA ramps
      • Improved sidewalks and bike lanes

Schedule

  • Project start: March 17, 2024
  • Phase 1 completed: July 15, 2024
  • Anticipated Phase 2 completion: September 13, 2024
  • Phase Three start: September 13, 2024
  • Phase Three completion: October 23, 2024
  • Phase Four start: October 23, 2024
  • Anticipated Phase Four Completion: December 9, 2024
  • 2025 Monarch Boulevard Reconstruction will begin in June 2025.
