- Approving an amendment to the professional services agreement with SAFEbuilt Colorado, LLC for building inspection services.
- Approving a change order to the professional services agreement with Wilson & Company, Inc. Engineers & Architects for additional services for the Happy Canyon Interchange project.
- Approving an intergovernmental agreement with the State of Colorado, regarding the design of a bike and pedestrian bridge over I-25. This bridge is a requirement as a part of the eventual improvements to the Happy Canyon and I-25 interchange.
